Premier Inn conquers first Everest Challenge!
Premier Inn is off to a record-breaking first month of fundraising in aid of their charity partner, Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.
Up and down the country, employees have been taking on the first round of the Your Everest, Powered by Wellbeing Challenge and the results have been phenomenal - raising over 300% of their original target!
Employee fundraising is at the heart of this challenge. Each month, staff across Premier Inn & Restaurants take on their own personal Everest to help raise much needed donations in aid of GOSH Charity and improve their wellbeing at the same time.
Going around the world for charity!
In April, the campaign kicked off with the Round the World Challenge, which saw employees striving to collectively travel the 40,075km around the globe.
And what an effort! Across the country, team members began to walk, run, swim, cycle, row and much more as they challenged themselves to take care of their wellbeing by being more active in aid of their charity partner.
Their efforts shone through, and Premier Inn staff were able to triple the fundraising target for April. Well done!

How did we help?
We have been working hand-in-hand with the GOSH Charity and Whitbread (Premier Inn & Restaurants) teams to help supercharge their fundraising campaign this year. How? By empowering employees the simple tools they need to fundraise in a digital, cashless world - with full oversight and reporting from HQ. Here's how we did it:
Dashboard for every Premier Inn & Restaurant
Every Premier Inn & Restaurant across the country has its own dashboard where they can start fundraising using simple tools, view their own data and unlock more donations than ever before.
Templated Online Giving Pages
GOSH Charity HQ have been able to share templated fundraising pages across every Premier Inn & Restaurant with the click of a button. Now when an employee signs up via a single-use registration link, they’ll have their page ready to go!
Simple Reporting
Every Premier Inn & Restaurant sits within the GOSH Charity dashboard, which means both charity and corporate partner can easily download reports across every level of Premier Inn’s organisational structure.
Permissions
This is an important one! Permission can be easily changed on the platform, which has given Premier Inn and GOSH Charity the opportunity to decide exactly who can see what on the dashboard.
